Online Durham Students Can Complete a UK Award Without Moving to DH1

Too many applicants still believe a UK award requires a visa and a room on the Wear. Durham University publishes two products. Online degrees are taught at a distance. Colleges are for people who will live in Durham.

Taught modules for the online pathway are designed for asynchronous study first, with optional live sessions on UK time. Assessments go through the learning platform. The transcript names Durham University.

Visiting Palace Green or the Palatine Centre is never a condition of online progression. Quality is protected by published assessment rules and academic integrity processes.

The application fee is US$30 and is refunded in full if you are not accepted. Online tuition is £0. Collegiate residential study at the Palatine Centre, Stockton Road, Durham DH1 3LE remains a paid pathway.

Immigration honesty sits on /immigration: online study does not need a UK student visa. Campus offers may. Visa decisions remain with UK authorities.
