Durham University Opens a New Intake for Online and Collegiate Applicants

Durham University has opened a new intake. The Palatine Centre on Stockton Road, Durham DH1 3LE, remains the seat. Online students complete a UK award without relocating. Campus applicants join the collegiate city.

The application fee is US$30 and is refunded in full if you are not accepted. Online tuition is £0. Collegiate residential study at the Palatine Centre, Stockton Road, Durham DH1 3LE remains a paid pathway.

Admissions tutors read each file for academic readiness and a realistic weekly plan. Country pages name where you live — they are not Durham campuses abroad. UK time may still apply to live seminars; recordings are provided.

Orientation covers academic writing, the learning platform, and the difference between college membership and online enrolment. Nobody is asked to book a student visa for a fully online programme.

Applicants should prepare a statement of purpose, transcripts where available, and a short account of current work. Offers are issued on a rolling basis. Questions go to admissions@durhac.uk.
